JOB TITLE Warehouse Data Entry Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position has the responsibility of data entry input on a daily basis in warehouse environment. Will report directly to the Warehouse Foreman on all matters concerning production, quality of work, worker and site safety. Must interact with other departments and shifts when problem solving. An understanding of workflow patterns with a proven ability in helping to organize the work floor to accommodate the daily schedules.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Data Entry Daily. Help to maintain the daily Data entry timelines. Ensure that all procedures are followed, maintaining the highest degree of quality with which our Company has come to be acknowledged for. Help to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all workers. Provide direct feed back to the Whse Foreman regarding, safety and work issues when they arise. Ensure level of production material used for daily work requirements is kept on hand.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Data Enter meeting all cutoff times. Must be detail oriented.
- Ensure that adequate supplies for production are maintained
- Work with all Employee’s in the areas of Cycle Counts & Data Entry, when needed, as well as safety and housekeeping.
- Working in warehouse & warehouse office environment
- Assist with inventory Cycle Counting 7 duties as assigned
- Help to promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Work with support staff and other departments when needed
- Help maintain clean warehouse

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Bondable
- 1-2 years past experience in a pick, pack and ship operation
- Ability to use PCs, and familiarization with systems, reports, procedures, etc.
- Flexibility, problem solving, and organizational skills

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
