**The Rose Community Support Services team offers 24/7 wrap around supports to Transitioning Adults’ with varying disabilities. RCSS supports young men by promoting & further developing their daily living skills. RCSS staff works as a team in a residential living setting while encouraging and assisting healthy lifestyle choices. Staff motivate and assist with clients personal hygiene, cooking, meal prep, laundry, general cleaning, medication administration, driving clients to & from appointments, outdoor activities, sporting & recreational events. RCSS clients participate in daily routines, educational goals, community programming that promotes positive social skills as well as contributing members of society. Clients are involved in various sports, community activities, individualized hobbies, Behavioural support needs, therapy, community participation supporting their identity & cultural needs. The RCSS clients are required to follow the program rules & guidelines that are based on monitoring their personal health, finances, therapeutic treatment goals, vocational skills, social resources & laws, relationships, and personal development. RCSS provides guidance by mentoring healthy role modelling, ensuring safety, security, & welfare.**

**Seeking weekend support staff who are available to work 6, 8, 12, 16 hour shifts.**

**Posses a valid Driver's licence to drive the agency or their personal vehicle is required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
