**Overview**:
As a Server Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the front-of-house team in all areas of the dining room. You are also an essential liaison between the FOH & BOH, facilitating the smooth operation and communication between them.

**Primary Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Support the service and bar team to exceed guest expectations
- Ensure that service stations are fully stocked at all times
- Assist bar staff with polishing glassware as necessary
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently and effectively
- Polish cutlery and plates as necessary
- Run drinks and food with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Ensure accurate table and seat numbers are used when delivering food to tables
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and guest bathrooms
- Assist in other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
- Must have Friday and Saturday evening availability

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- At least 1-year server assistant and/or customer service experience
- Knowledge of French cuisine and wine is an asset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues
- Smart Serve Certification is a requirement
