**Role: HR Manager**
**Location: Moncton, NB, Canada (onsite)**
**Term: Full Time**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Acts as primary point of contact for managers and employees for day-to-day HR related questions and guides junior members of HR as and when appropriate

Develops and implements HR strategy to drive employee retention initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth including but not limited to human rights, conflict and performance

Partners with senior leadership to drive proactive strategies of engagement, wellbeing, operations and learning and development

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources provincial requirements

Manages immigration requests ensuring compliance with current legislation

Oversees performance management & review process and other corporate Human resources programs as and when required

Drives employee engagement activities, diversity, and inclusion to enhance work environment and employee satisfaction

Advises, and supports management in employee relations, employee retention initiatives, disciplinary and performance management

Designs management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures

**Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification**:
Total 10- 15 years of HR experience with 5 years in HR management

BPO experience is preferred

Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint for HR presentations/ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Post-secondary education in HR or related fields/ CPHR designation is an asset

Strong communicator and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional in dynamic work environment

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to bring solutions to complex people and business problems

Strong sense of time management and prioritization

HR legal and compliance knowledge
