**About the position**
As a Junior InfoSec Support Specialist, you will be the friendly and resourceful personnel providing front-line support to customers. You will be the most knowledgeable person on the team about how customers use our security products to accomplish their goals. You possess the skills to diagnose issues and clearly communicate the solutions. You will engage customers across all support communication channels to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You are eager to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on, and contribute towards the team in a fast-moving environment.

**Responsibilities**
The Main Responsibilities for this position are as follows:

- Provide quick and accurate support to customers.
- Create useful and effective documentation.
- Contribute to rigorous and thorough testing.
- Engage with customers to gather meaningful insights.
- Advocate on the customer behalf during development.
- Work together with the team to create an awesome customer experience.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this position, you need to possess the following qualifications:

- Full Professional Proficiency with the English language (written and spoken).
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Minor understanding of Linux and the Internet.
- Experience in the Web Hosting industry.
- Experience with writing documentation.
- Experience with Web technologies.
- Experience with programming and/or scripting languages.
- Experience with writing clearly and concisely for a public audience.
- Understanding of spam and anti-spam solutions.
