**Position**:Front Desk Clerk

**Wage**:$17-$20 Salary will be discussed as it depends on work experience.

**Full Time & Part Time**

**Requirements**:

- Must have good computer skills and have experience with Excel and Word.
- Some experience in an office or administrative position is an asset.
- Good communication skills.
- Shows teamwork with other co-workers and the willingness to learn.
- Patience, punctuality and presentable attire for an administrative position.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of guests or members of the community in a busy environment.
- Excellent organizational skills is a priority.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Taking reservations Via booking sites, in person and over the phone.
- Completing invoices and assisting guests with invoice payments.
- Recording the motel's monthly expenses.
- Troubleshoot and call business for assistance for a variety of issues that may arise.
- Organize and record inventory.

Opportunity to live on site in one of the office house guest rooms can be discussed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
