**MLS® Compliance Officer**
- Responsible for verifying, processing and collecting accounts payable, credit card statements and matching transactions between QBO and bank accounts.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices, accept and post payments and other general accounting duties
- Process New Members/Firms/Transfers and Terminations of Members on the internal database.
- Investigating and resolving or escalating membership and payment issues, including aged accounts receivable
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate membership database;
- including current licenses Membership database, be it internally, on CREA’s Website
- Utilizes the Member Management System to track member feedback, concerns, inquiry, etc.
- Computer information support to Board Members and liaison with programmers regarding tech support.
- Monitor the database for rules and regulations infractions and (a) correct or (b) send a notice to the brokerage for remedy. Responsible for the “report an error tab” on Matrix.
- Responsible for reviewing the CREA daily monitor log for posting errors and rectifying the errors.
- Attendance at all Meeting of Members as support staff to the Chief Executive Officer. Distribution of meeting agendas, collection of proxies, registration, and voting rights distribution according to the bylaws.
- Member support on issues (rules and regulations, bylaws) etc.
- Committee liaison and lead on all social events such as golf tournament, Christmas party, Childrens Christmas party or those directed by the CEO
- Serve as liaison for committee meetings and prepare notices as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
- Responsible for distribution and permanent filing of committee minutes and correspondence.
- Responsible for social media monitoring, posts etc. as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.
- Assist fellow co-workers with workloads (cross-trained), as well as during vacation periods.

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
