**TEAM LEAD**

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
- Continuously researching and reviewing industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to
- Developing self through industry involvement, training and other courses
- Adhering to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, and correspondence
- Assisting other departments, positions, tasks and duties as required

**The value you bring**
- General Insurance Level 2 License required
- History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
- Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours/week
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Kenaston Location)
