The Consumer Collecting Specialist supports Red Bull Canada’s national marketing strategies as they relate to sampling and university activity. This position is responsible for managing key operations of the Consumer Collecting program and supporting initiatives that drive product trial, grow our user base and strengthen brand love among our target group. The Consumer Collecting Specialist will work directly with the national Consumer Collecting team, cross-functionally across Canadian HQ departments and with Canadian Field Marketing teams to drive strategy and implement projects, trainings, initiatives, and campaigns across Canada.

Expand all**Consumer Collecting Program & Project Support**

Explore and develop sampling opportunities beyond the Student Marketeer program to drive trial nationally in creative ways through our priority occasions

Work cross-functionally with the national Brand Marketing team on Consumer Collecting’s occasions strategy, tactical development & delivery of tools, and reporting

Assist the Consumer Collecting team in the execution of national campaigns

Assist in leading the Canadian execution of global student projects including driving strategy nationally, the creation of tools & assets, and the implementation and roll-out through regional field teams

Assist in the integration and implementation of impactful sales support programs**Planning & Reporting**

Lead the ongoing management and development of communication with the Student Marketeer team through RBU and inspire a sense of community and engagement on the platform

Lead the development of Consumer Collecting project, campaign and initiative post-reports

Analyze field results, identify best practices and provide reports & recommendations to ensure quality outcomes for future projects and plans**Training & Development**

Develop and deliver training and on-boarding tools, presentations, and materials for the Student Marketeer and Field Marketing Specialist programs

Assist in the management of Hire-Vu and Taleo platforms to ensure quality recruitment process and sourcing tactics for Student Marketeers

Gather insights and best practices from our Student Marketeer team and reinforce successful activation and execution**Fulfillment & Forecasting**

Manage the receiving, availability, shipping, and inventory of the Student Marketeer clothing collection

Participate in the national and field forecasting processes during business planning

Act as point of contact for all troubleshooting matters regarding Student Marketeer POS, tools, and infrastructure

Manage the fulfilment of product requests and shipments
- EXPERIENCE
- ** Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills including leading projects from ideation through execution
- A strong understanding of the Canadian university landscape and student demographic
- Exceptional verbal, written and on-line communication skills, including training, presentation delivery, and report writing & development
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, cultivate a strong team environment, and inspire and mobilize others around a common goal
- Ability to manage strict timelines with an attention to detail while being able to see the big picture
- An understanding of the Red Bull Student Marketeer program operations & strategy is an asset
- University degree
- Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset
- Travel 10-20%
