**Position**: Server, Seasonal Full and Part Time positions available

**Department**: Food & Beverage

National Pines Golf Club is seeking dedicated and professional Servers to provide exceptional dining service to our valued members and their guests. As part of our hospitality team, you will work in our newly renovated clubhouse and state-of-the-art outdoor patio, delivering a world-class experience in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making knowledgeable recommendations.
- Efficiently serve meals and beverages while maintaining elegance and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with team members, fostering a positive and growth-focused environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas, ensuring adherence to club standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for service, events, and special functions.
- Anticipate member needs and respond promptly to requests with a gracious and solution-oriented approach.
- Uphold club policies and service standards to reflect the prestige of National Pines Golf Club.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior serving experience in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred.
- SMARTSERVE is a must, first aid and CPR and safe food handling is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with members and guests.
- A team-first mentality, with a commitment to supporting colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven atmosphere.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
