Location: GTA and various Regions

**Responsibilities**:
Work includes, but not limited to:

- Purchase and install registers
- Purchase and install access panels
- Purchase and install bathroom fixtures
- clean windows
- silicone showers
- caulk/fill holes, paint, install fireplace
- tiling
- materials delivery

Handyman reports directly to the project manager and will leave the site 100% clean when done. Handyman will also sometimes be called for odd jobs, left by other trades that may have been called away for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Drywall
- Taping/mudding
- Painting
- Flooring installation
- Baseboard, doors & casing installation, filling and painting
- Creating MDF access panels for Electrical panels and/or water meter access
