**Mold Maker Job Description**:

- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN SPOTTING
- Construct, alter, repair a variety of molds, tools to close tolerances as required to fit and assemble parts
- Participate as assigned in all phases of mold-making projects from start to finish, including milling, grinding, polishing, and assembly
- Perform numerous grinding, milling, fittings on projects as assigned; verify accuracy and functionality of work at all stages to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Participate in projects (from one to four at a time); balance priorities in personal work schedule to ensure timely delivery of error-free product to customer maintaining customer-focused priorities at all times
- Monitor equipment, report malfunctions, and make necessary repairs

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to provide technical knowledge on mold repairs.
- Must possess good problem solving skills to repair tools and fixtures.
- Experience in mold making and plastic injection molds.
