SLCS is currently seeking a Full Time Intake and Case Management Worker to support the London Justice Centre pilot program. This program model supports young adults (18 - 24) who are involved with the justice system to access viable, accountable and meaningful pre-charge or post-charge alternatives in collaboration with Police Services, and the Province (Ministry of the Attorney General). The Justice Centre is part of Ontario’s Guns, Gangs and Violence Reduction Strategy and the intent is to connect individuals with multi-sectoral, wrap around interventions, support and services to reduce the risk of re-offending while promoting restorative justice practices.

The Intake and Case Management Worker will be skilled at and have experience in working with clients from diverse, marginalized and vulnerable populations; contributing to program development and evaluation; as well as completing monthly statistical reports and program summary reports. The Intake and Case Management Worker will actively participate in a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion, encourages teamwork and collaboration, and complies with all the applicable and regulatory requirements. This position would be working between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Required Qualifications**
- University Degree or College Diploma from a 2 - 3 year program at an accredited institution or relevant work experience
- 1 - 2 years experience working with young adults in the justice system
- Standard First Aid/CPR/AED - Level C
- Restorative Practices Training (preferred)
- Proof of 2nd shot of COVID-19 Vaccine
- G Class Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle
