**Steele on Demand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team**

**Job Duties**:

- Reviews and approves customer profile in the system.
- Confirm booking and allocate the fleet unit.
- Ensures all vehicles are cleaned and fully fueled or charged for customer bookings.
- Ensures vehicles are prepared and ready for the timely delivery or pick up for the customers. This may include off site delivery and pick up of units,
- Ensures all documentations are signed and the Steele On Demand software systems are updated with the necessary information; ie, fuel level, odometer reading, damages and cleanliness.
- Answers calls and supports any customer needs.
- Ensures the Steele on Demand Fleet lot is organized and clean
- Assists with stocking in new stock units, managing reconditioning and prepping vehicle for rental
- Ensure the charging cables & adaptor for Tesla units are in the vehicles.
- Upon return, inspecting vehicle for damages, cleanliness and fuel levels and reporting any major issues to the Program Manager
- Perform minor vehicle inspection such as vehicle lights (including high/low beam), signal lights, break lights, wipers, horn, etc.
- Ensuring a post rental service check is performed on all vehicles.
- Maintains proper secure storage of vehicle keys
- Performs bi-weekly vehicle inventory counts.
- Perform necessary washing and detailing of vehicles when necessary
- Ensuring the organization and tidiness of wash bay facility.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Ensure personal safety such as safety glasses as required and safety footwear & apparel
- Assist with snow removal from vehicles and lot.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policy and procedures in accordance to OHS and company policies.
- Other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Valid driver’s license and maintenance of clean drivers abstract
- Technical skillset to manage software
- Experience with washing and detailing of vehicle interior and exterior
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
