Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently. You should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions without constant supervision.

Adaptability:
The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems is crucial. You should be comfortable navigating different software interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying up to date with emerging office technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills:
A strong problem-solving mindset is essential. You should be able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to streamline office operations and optimize workflow.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and precision in managing office systems. You should be thorough in your work, carefully documenting processes, and maintaining organized electronic files.
Collaboration and Communication:
While self-starting is important, you should also be a team player with excellent communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, understand their technology needs, and provide assistance and guidance when required is vital.
Continuous Learning:
Technology is ever-evolving, and we value individuals who are eager to stay updated and embrace ongoing learning opportunities. You should have a passion for exploring new tools, attending training sessions, and expanding your knowledge base to continually improve office systems and processes.
**Compensation**:
$40,000 - $70,000
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
