Remote, Canada Content Bloom Full time

This is a remote role open to Canadian and US residents.

**Qualifications - What you need to get the job**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), in Java, C# or similar language
- Experience in data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of SQL databases
- Comfortable within small to medium size teams, internally or integrated with client(s)
- Understanding of architecture and infrastructure (e.g. distributed, scaled-out systems using cloud services like AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
- Good grasp of build tools such as Maven and Gradle
- Experience with version control and source code repository tools like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Ability to research new concepts independently (e.g. DITA Specializations)
- Knowledge/experience working in an Agile environment using JIRA
- Passion for what you do

- Experience working directly with clients would be an asset 2+ years relevant experience
- Professional experience in CMS and/or web development
- Experience with XSLT
- Experience with CI/CD

**Life at Content Bloom - What you’ll do once you get the job (after you celebrate)**:

- Learn structured content technologies, such as RWS Tridion Docs, DITA-OT and/or Adobe AEM
- Communicate with clients and internal resources as necessary to resolve issues
- Working on an Agile team
- Ramping up and becoming an expert on wide range of CMS products
- Configuring enterprise CMS features and customizations
- Designing and programming various CMS customizations (plugins, APIs, etc.) in Java and/or C#; maintaining code in Git repositories
- Some content editing and publishing
- Interfacing with client team(s)
- Self-driven research and development on various CCMS and structured content concepts, such as DITA-OT
- Integrations with Elastic search
- Working with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and/or AWS
