**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare quarterly reports for internal Account Managers and external clients using insurance company data as well as database programs and processes.
- Prepare accompanying analysis reports and cost saving alternative reports as required
- Communicate effectively regarding report status and complete tasks on time
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers when requiring additional data
- Build rapport with clients and, as required, assist Account Managers with presenting report findings
- Process bi-weekly and monthly data imports
- Prepare and assist clients with submitting mandated government and legislative report requirements
- Address any questions/concerns from team members, clients and suppliers
- Research claim trend anomalies when requested by Account Managers and their support team
- Gain understanding of internal database reporting systems and recommend processes/projects for efficiency

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university. A business related diploma would be an asset.
- Data enthusiast
- Practical understanding of benefits administration processes is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced professional team environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work closely with team members to implement new tools and procedures that will increase both the accuracy and efficiency of the process
