**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to enhance overall dining experience and address any customer feedback.
- Monitor kitchen performance, implementing improvements as needed to team.
- Optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture within the kitchen

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Chef within the food industry.
- The ability to keep a workstation clean and sanitary.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, meal preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff.
- The ability to manage time well.
- A passion for culinary arts.
- Meat cutting experience for preparing, portioning, and packaging various types of meat.
