Student Services Coordinator

Knowledge Bureau is a certified, post-secondary institution which provides business and financial education to individuals, professionals, and workplaces, leading to verifiable and specialized credentials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with decisions, take registrations, make appointments with educational consultants.
- Return calls to perspective students, graduates, and designates.
- Develop thorough product knowledge and understanding of websites, pricing, and affinity programs discounts.
- Assist with engaging designates in re-certification processes and business building opportunities.
- Accurately input client information into the contact management system.

**Selection Criteria**
- Customer centric - a love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Highly motivated self starter. Previous sales, entrepreneurial experience an asset
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency using Microsoft suite of products. CRM systems, Drop Box experience an asset.
- Post secondary education and/or graduation from a Knowledge Bureau program an asset.
- A team player adaptable to change.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Retention bonus
