**The Role**:
As a **Team Lead**, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing operations, developing strategies, and leading a team to drive operational excellence, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience. This position calls for a strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities who can inspire teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met and operational efficiency is maintained.
- **Strategic Planning**: Analyze current processes, propose long-term action plans, and implement changes to optimize workflows, tools, and practices.
- **Customer-Centric Focus**: Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and boost profitability.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, train, coach, and supervise staff to foster a motivated, high-performing team. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and assign schedules and tasks effectively.
- **Sales Growth**:

- Develop and implement marketing programs and sales promotions.
- Formulate pricing strategies and identify optimal opportunities for clearance sales.
- Set sales targets, inspire staff to meet goals, and act as a brand ambassador to uphold Union’s high service standards.
- **Product Expertise**: Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure staff are trained to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. Collaborate with vendors to stay updated on product offerings.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, analyze profitability, and ensure effective stock control and inventory management.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements and facilitate effective change management.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in retail and retail management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of training and motivating teams.
- Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and improvements.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
- Bilingual (French and English) communication skills are required.
