**Job description**

We are looking for an in-house Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning Real Estate Team If you are a self-starting, reliable, and hands-on business development and marketing professional looking to put your digital expertise to work while building your skillset and portfolio, read on

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**
- Running point on CRM management - including drip campaigns, video messaging, lead integrations, contact input/ import/ export across databases, etc
- Updating the group’s websites as needed, working knowledge of WordPress is a bonus
- Creating, monitoring and optimizing Google Ad campaigns
- Planning and coordinating with third party social media management on the publishing of content to Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile - optimizing both KNG’s organic and paid social media efforts
- Coordinating print advertising, monthly mailers/ postcards, promotional pieces
- Providing regular status updates, KPI reporting and tracking all marketing-related activity, campaigns and spend
- Develop a growth strategy with team lead focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Managing accounts, soliciting new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with new and existing third party vendors

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Fluid understanding of social media and respective platform audiences, capabilities and formats (hashtags, reels, engagement, stories, shorts, collaboration posts etc)
- Google Ads certification completed, working knowledge of Google Workspaces
- Innovative, self-motivated, hard-working and self-confident team player with the ability to motivate others toward a common goal
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work
- Capacity to work effectively within deadlines and short time frames
- Responding to everyday tasks with very little supervision
- Maintains professionalism, confidentiality and discretion. Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen, probe and qualify potential new business opportunities
- Must be able to search out business partnership leads & trending industry products

**Education & Experience**
- Training at a post-secondary level in the areas of marketing, communications, business development, or other related areas of study
- Previous marketing experience working with and supporting a business owner, founder or principal is a bonus
- Proven working experience as a business development manager is a bonus
- Experience overseeing a business/ brand’s social media
- Links to previous work and portfolios are encouraged. References mandatory. Only resumes with relevant experience and background will be considered._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
