Join our team as a Robotics and Automation Intern, where you'll play a key role in advancing cutting-edge manufacturing and robotics projects that drive efficiency and innovation. In this hands-on position, you'll research and implement automation solutions, analyze manufacturing data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless execution of impactful projects.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- **Advanced manufacturing**:_
- Monitor ongoing manufacturing projects, track system performance, and report issues to the development team;
- Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance manufacturing workflows;
- Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of manufacturing projects;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project progress, provide updates, and support continuous improvement efforts
- **Robotics**:_
- Support the implementation and optimization of robotic systems, including Waybo-okuma and mobile cobots;
- Explore robotic programming and control systems to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing workflows;
- Assist in codebase reviews, identifying issues, and provide technical support for resolution
- Collect and analyze data robotic system data to assess performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of robotic solutions into manufacturing processes and support project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics;
- Familiarity with robotics programming and control systems (e.g., Python, C++) is an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Word excel, power point);
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking;
- Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate communication with suppliers and partners;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

**Job Types**: Seasonal, Internship / Co-op

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
