The Reign Team Captain is responsible to lead the Reign Energy sampling/activation initiative for their region. This part time position reports directly to the MAT Leader and will assist with supervision & management of the Reign Energy sub team within the regional MAT team. The purpose of this position is to:

- Collaborate with & support the MAT Leader with Reign Energy sampling & activation
- Generate Trial of Reign Energy products by consumers
- Communicate the Reign Energy brand message to consumers/partners/peers/customers
- Assist with Lead Generation for Sales Division
- Develop and Strengthen Key Account Relationships
- Build Centers of Influence Network
- Support Sales efforts through event sampling
- Support Marketing department with event set up, activation and tear down

**Essential Job Functions**:
The Reign Team Captain will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

- Reports to MAT Team Leader
- Supervise the Reign Energy portion of the MAT team
- Assist MAT Leader with administration, scheduling, hiring and other Reign associated work tasks
- Actively generate trial of Reign Energy through guerrilla sampling
- Sourcing Reign Energy events and other opportunities
- Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty
- Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company
- Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule
- Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform
- Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers
- Respond in a timely manner to MAT Team Leader
- Inventory, cleaning and organization of warehouses/storage areas
- Assist with marketing event planning, set up, activation and tear down

**Position** **Requirements**:

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- May be required to travel when necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required
- Must have a clean driving record (drivers abstract required)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have availability to accept one shift per week
- This position is part time up to 30 hours a week
