Team Choice is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team.

We are currently seeking a support worker to provide exceptional in home care for our client using their acquired skills. Our client requires assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, organizing and meal preparation. Become an active member in planning for your client's care with the assistance of the nurse manager. **Duties and Responsibilities**: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience
- Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
- Own transportation is an asset
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
