Experienced In-home Chef Needed to Prepare Persian

Looking for a female top-notch In-Home Chef for top-grade food preparation and presentation in a Fast paced work environment, located in Downtown Toronto.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to employer or coordinates for pre-consultation of food prep
- Ability to follow direction for daily operations of all food production
- Ensure quality control and Health & Hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Ensure wastage is kept to a minimum while sticking to allotted budget for recipes
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable to work independently
- Provide thorough communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepare food to serve with great plating/dish presentation abilities
- Creative thinking and remain calm under pressure
- Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative recipe ideas
- Able to run errands, grocery shopping, driving or walking

**Requirements**:

- Available to work Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
- Familiarity with most, if not all Persian, Turkish, and/or Arabic cuisines
- Knowledge of planning meals according to specifications, preferences, and dietary needs
- Experience with wide variety of kitchen equipment
- Excellent time management with daily food tasks
- Proven experience as an experienced Persian, Turkish, and/or Arabic chef
- Maintain records of food, consumption, and inventory needed for food preparation
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of Food and Safety Sanitation Guidelines
- Ability to handle criticism
- Willing to run errands driving or walking to replenish groceries for recipes
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an experienced chef are a plus.
