Inventory Marketing/administrative Assistant

We have become a major player in Western Canada with locations in Langley, Leduc & Vernon. As a result of our rapid growth we have an opening for a Inventory Marketing Agent.

**Responsibilities**:
- Research and post inventory to Lenmark’s marketing channels in a way that accurately represents Lenmark’s brand and dedication to good information.
- Research inventory and provide information to the Branch Manager on different pieces of inventory in relation to specs, pricing, location, moving costs, or other variables.
- Post equipment to marketing channels through our internal software or other means as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Work with the Branch Manager to gather information on equipment, as required.
- Working with and creating spreadsheets and documents.
- Complete any other projects or tasks, as designated by management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Prior administration experience is an asset.
- Experience with industrial equipment is an asset.
- Self-start attitude and personality with excellent time management skills.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
