Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Curation
- Guide the brand’s storytelling strategy with spiritual, emotional, and aesthetic depth

Campaign Vision & Execution
- Conceptualize, design, and execute intentional campaigns around collection launches, community events, and product stories — from ideation to rollout.
- Lead creative campaigns with clarity, intention, and originality

Visual Storytelling
- Create stunning, narrative-driven visuals (photo, video, and design) that embody the essence of the brand.
- Develop overarching visual and brand direction for collections, events, and campaigns

Creative Innovation
- Think outside the box with fresh ideas, intentional messaging, and unique visual direction that keeps our content elevated and aligned.

Community Engagement
- Foster meaningful connections with our audience and collaborators through authentic, warm, and responsive engagement.

Trend Awareness
- Stay ahead of social, wellness, and design trends to ensure our content stays fresh and resonant.

Performance Tracking
- Analyze content performance to optimize strategy and elevate results with intention.

The Essentials
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or similar creative roles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography, videography, and basic editing tools
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to bring moodboards and campaign ideas to life
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) and their audiences
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a clear, intentional voice
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, creative setting
- Comfortable styling and staging product shoots with a refined sense of visual flow and aesthetic
- Experience working with teams, collaborators, and brand partners to execute cohesive campaigns
- Able to lift and carry crystals as needed (our beauties can be heavy)
- Valid license and willingness to drive locally to assist with errands, sourcing, and content shoots
