**Description**:
ANA300Y introduces the student to human histology, neuroanatomy, and gross anatomy. It is a full-year course divided into two terms and four quarters. The winter term covers organs systems (gross anatomy and histology) and musculoskeletal anatomy.

**Salary**:
Sessional Lecturers I - $9,997.48
- Sessional Lecturers I (_Long Term_) - $10,699.22
- Sessional Lecturers II - $10,699.22
- Sessional Lecturers III - $10,953.96
- Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail._

**Qualification**:

- PhD in anatomy or a related field
- Knowledge of anatomy and histology
- Teaching experience at the university level required
- Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence in online format is an asset.
- Previous experience in teaching a similar course is highly preferred.

**Duties**:
Preparation and in person delivery of course material (lectures, labs and tutorials); preparation and delivery of tests, final examinations; supervision of teaching assistants; marking of student work, submission of grades, dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions and student contact hours.
