**About Us**
Japan World Tours is a growing specialist tour operator packaging custom private tours and small groups to Japan. We promote and sell our products to the North American market catering to both B2B and B2C clients.

**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing professional to promote, sell and grow our brand to our target markets. This position reports directly to the Director. The position’s primary role will include but not be limited to the following:

- Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Providing tailored travel recommendations and creating customized itineraries.
- Supporting marketing efforts, including event preparation and content creation.
- Handling administrative tasks to support company management.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Education in the tourism and hospitality field
- Fluent in Japanese and/or French

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Eligible to work in Canada on a permanent basis
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Passionate about travel with in-depth knowledge of Japan as a travel destination
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel and work a few hours during Japan’s business hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
