**What are we looking for?**:
This position participates in many cross-functional team initiatives involving the Retail Leadership Team, District Sales Managers, Retail Representatives, Account Managers and Customer Marketing Coordinators. It is essential that this role establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
This role is a key enabler for delivering on Retail Reporting requests and requirements from the retail business and should seek opportunities to provide Actionable Insights into the sales organization. They are further responsible for taking the initiative to resolve business problems, identify solutions, and challenge the status quo.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
Our Retail Operations Analyst are responsible for delivering executional excellence in the below ways:

- Responsible for organizing and analyzing data from available data sources to support retail reporting, projects, and initiatives
- Responsible for creating analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects
- Responsible for the development of standard templates, scorecards, and benchmarking capability across teams and regions
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized data systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
