**McCain Fertilizer**, a Division of McCain Produce Inc, is a leading distributer of crop inputs, including blended fertilizer, crop protection products and other related inputs, with multiple locations in Atlantic Canada and the State of Maine.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment.
- Effective Verbal communication skills.
- Must work with a strong sense of urgency.
- The ability to operate a forklift, skid loader, track mobile and ten-wheeler would be an asset.
- Willing and capable of working at heights.

**Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Foster a safe work environment and promote continuous improvement initiatives with regards to workplace safety
- Assist in performing preventive maintenance and repairs of all equipment and buildings.
- Able to work extended hours during the busy season (Spring and Fall)
- Able to safely work loading and unloading rail cars.
- Willing and capable of doing some exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions as required.
- Capable of working in dusty environments
- Capable of learning Grading and Cleaning techniques under the directions of the Site supervisor
