**Role Overview**

Managing and leading a small services team to recurrent organic growth has advantages. The PC Corp services team members are a group already very familiar with collaboration, documentation, training, ticket management and very willing to work together towards our strategic goals. The PC Corp **Service Delivery Manager **is the person responsible for successfully leading our department towards those goals.

Key success indicators for the role would be in the delivery of distinction as it pertains to the level of:

- Customer service/experience
- Satisfaction and individual growth experienced by members of the services team (Tier I-III, NOC, Hardware Team, Projects) as it relates to your management leadership and mentoring,
- Quality of effective technical direction and problem resolution,
- Financial accountability
- Management and ongoing support of the team’s accountability to their Key Performance Indicators.
- Accountability to executive for Key Performance Indicators of the department; Client Satisfaction, Staff Satisfaction, Profitability, technical and physical growth.

You need to enjoy people management to excel at it, delivering each the human side of management as well as the accountability and leadership that the role requires. Likewise, you need to know technology to lead a technical team. The role can be high-pressure and your personality needs to be able to work well when those circumstances arise.
