We are looking for_ **Sales Operational Support**_ person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing existing and potential customer accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with receiving and coordinating tool orders, as required.
- Assist with incident reporting and evaluating damages and preparing damage reports, as required.
- Assist with managing customer accounts.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Provide customers with any required information, such as Incoming/outgoing Service Reports, documentation, Packing Slips, Fishing Diagrams, Power Curves, Jar Settings, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous Oil and Gas equipment experience and knowledge.
- Knowledge of downhole tools - specifically drilling motors, is an asset.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Previous knowledge of ERP systems is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer focused with keen attention to detail.
- Appreciation for urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to occasionally take phone calls after hours.
