**Construction Project Coordinator - 3 Month Term**

(Potentially leading to full time permanent)

Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of **Construction Project Coordinator, **reporting to the **Sr. Manager of Maintenance Farms/Mills. **This opportunity is located in the community of **La Broquerie, MB**.

**Your days will include**:

- Help create, issue and track status of Purchase Order Requisitions through the approval Chain
- Coordinate and Manage issuance of PO Numbers with Vendors for invoices
- Collect and compile delivery slips for verification of billing by suppliers
- Assist in schedule updates during daily and weekly schedule meetings
- Assist Project Manager in maintaining engineered drawing packages (both electronically and hard copies). Distribute as required.
- Help collect required info and documents from vendors and trades to prepare O&M manuals as required.
- Help create and track change order documentation as directed
- Tracking and recording progress of active projects
- Creating budget information and planning reports as needed
- Assist Project team to review costs to date, projections for a monthly forecast and identifying variances
- Maintain financial KPI’s

**To succeed in this role, you possess**:

- Office or Business Administration certification and/or experience
- Solid to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience with inventory control
- Experience working with Purchase Orders throughout complete purchase process
- Construction experience an asset
