**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Manager, Employment and Settlement Services, the Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing client and staff documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. This role involves maintaining online platforms, coordinating with clients and partner organizations, and supporting an efficient document management system.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collect and organize client and staff documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Update and maintain online documentation platforms in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Conduct outreach to partner organizations as needed to coordinate documentation and information sharing.
- Collaborate with the marketing communication team to promote events and programs effectively.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient document management system, ensuring accessibility and security of files.
- Other duties as required.

**Canada Summer Job Requirements**
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period.
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Must be qualified to work in Canada legally for the employer.
- Able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening check with a ‘Clear’ or satisfactory result that meets the operational requirements of the Agency.
- Must have up-to-date vaccinations against COVID-19 with a vaccine that has been approved for use in Canada.
