Department Overview The Supply Planning team is responsible for ensuring supply alignment to satisfy all demand streams. A core objective is to build an achievable supply plan while understanding the supply constraints and impacts while continuously driving mitigation actions to maximize business objectives.
**Job Description**:
In this Supply Planning Analyst role, you will be responsible for

Producing a weekly clear to build plan for inhouse manufactured items that provides a weekly SKU level build plan by site

Maintaining a gating component list that provides information used to support key business decisions related to PPV and freight spend. Key information includes when and how much we are short, what finished good products it is used in, and what is the revenue impact of the shortage

Producing a weekly revenue risk analysis by business unit that supports a weekly executive review meeting

Working with Supply Planners on understanding priorities to be incorporated into the clear to build plan

Identifying key constraints and driving mitigation actions through to resolution

Actively participating in weekly operational meetings to provide updated clear to build plan, week over week changes, summary of key constraints and status

Track accuracy of build plan vs actual, understand the root cause for variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate against recurring issues

Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree in BusinessSupply Chain required

Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar planning role

Strong communication skills required written, verbal and presentation

Strong computer skills and Advanced Level Excel are require

Knowledge of VBA Macros, Power Queries, Python is preferred

Strong analytical skills required

Working knowledge of ERP systems, within a manufacturing environment required

E2open experience is an

SAP experience preferred

Ability to take on new challenges

Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment required while maintaining focus and a high degree of accuracy

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations

Excellent organization, time management, and followup skills

Ability to take initiative and exercise excellent judgment

Basic Requirements

Bachelors Degree

Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar planning role
