**About Us**
We are a home fitness retail store located in North York, specializing in fitness equipment for home use. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Full training will be provided. Main duties include:*
- Processing customer orders in our computer system
- Providing customer service (by phone and in-store face-to-face support)
- Assisting with daily store operations and coordination
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Prior work experience (not limited to this industry)
- Dedicated, professional, and passionate about the fitness industry
- Computer literate (training provided for internal systems)
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to **program macros** for tasks such as inventory management in the future
**Work Schedule**
- Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Days off: Sunday & Monday
**Compensation & Growth**
- $22/hour
