We are a medical office in Brampton, ON, looking to hire a permanent, part-time physician assistant with an interest in psychiatry to join our growing team.
Our office is located in the heart of Brampton - within walking distance to bus stops and the Bramalea City Centre.
We are seeking individuals interested in a permanent, long-term position where they can learn and grow. This is a part-time, onsite position in which you must be willing to work half days (3-4 hours a day) from Monday to Friday. As our clinic grows, there will be an opportunity for a full-time position. We are looking for someone to work approximately 16-24 hours/week.
Our clinic offers repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation as a treatment for various neuropsychiatric conditions. Your duty will include:
- Performing rTMS treatment
- Administrative duties
- Providing education to patients and healthcare providers on rTMS
This role is for individuals wanting to grow and learn. We will aid in your professional development and work towards making you a leader in the rTMS field.
Our team is looking for an individual with the following qualifications/qualities:
Experience in mental health
Prior experience in an educational role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
Friendly and enthusiastic with a willingness to help team members and patients
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple physicians
Position responsibilities/duties (not limited to):
Start date: ASAP
Compensation: $25 - $30 an hour
