**Position Summary**

In keeping with the Mission, Vision and Values of St. Joseph’s Villa and to utilize Human Resources in the most effective manner, the Maintenance & EVS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the service contractor’s, replacement and materials purchasing, engineering and EVS departments day-to-day operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and miscellaneous administrative support within the St. Joseph’s Villa maintenance & EVS department.

**Maintenance Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- coordinate day-to-day operations, work orders and unscheduled maintenance
- Assign and monitor preventive maintenance programs
- Organize annual due diligence systems inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping services for St. Joseph’s Estates
- Contract supplies and/or contractors as directed by Maintenance Manager for procurement of materials and/or servicing of equipment
- To initiate purchase orders and complete invoice processing once supplies or/and services have been completed
- Coordinate service calls for outside contractors, collect estimates, to act as liaison between contractors and serviced departments in order to keep departmental supervisor appraised of currents stage of repair
- To assist with maintenance stock inventory, material/parts specification and/or delivery.
- Complete general scheduling and payroll for the department with manager oversight.
- All other duties as assigned

**Environmental Services Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates environmental service requests with teams, including but not limited to room set ups and furniture moves, admission and discharges.
- Complete general scheduling and payroll for the department with manager oversight**.**:

- Coordinate with nursing department on missing linen / clothing items
- All other duties as assigned.

- General office: 1 year (preferred)
