Inventory Coordinator

**Duties**
- Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize inventory systems to maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements in demand planning and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Implement data visualization techniques to present inventory metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct data mining activities to extract valuable insights from inventory data for strategic decision-making.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate production schedule and inventory problems or shortages.
- Create reports, work orders, invoices and other documentation.

**Qualifications**
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives within an inventory or supply chain context is a plus.
- Familiarity with demand planning methodologies and practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excels at multitasking, planning, problem-solving and executing tasks.
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Control a definite asset.
