**Summary**

We are seeking a Subcontractor Team (ideally 2-3 painters) to join our dynamic team at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our painting projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and speed in the painting industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute painting projects according to WOW 1 DAY PAINTING standards and timelines.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and organized after project completion.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all phases of work.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years previous experience in painting or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
- 3 million in Liability Insurance
- Full WSIB Clearance Certificate

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
