**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Opportunity identification**. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
- **Client relationship management.** Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- **Strategic planning.** Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
- **Market research.** Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
- **Sales strategy. **Work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
- **Partnership development.** Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
- **Reporting and analysis.** Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
