Hotel Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with department heads to create budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Drive marketing initiatives to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.
- Maintain inventory control for supplies and equipment while managing vendor relationships.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office management, housekeeping, and food service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
