Position Summary

RxSource is hiring a **Proposal Writer** to work with the Business Development team to draft proposals and create quotes. If you have experience in a similar role in the pharma industry or have excellent writing skills with an interest in clinical trials or pharma, this role could be a good fit for you. This role can be based in either the
GTA, Ontario, Canada or in Ireland or the UK and will report to the Director of Business Development. The role will mainly work from home with some requirement to attend meetings in the office.

**What you will do**:

- Work with the BD team to understand the nature of the opportunity so an accurate proposal can be drafted
- Liaise with the PM, QA, Ops and Logistics team to ensure all activities are captured within the proposal
- As part of the proposal include an outline of the services RxSource will provide and a project overview
- Create sourcing quotes for the BD team that include accurate costings, lead times and product information
- Research potential leads and provide the BD team with information on the prospects i.e., potential product requirements
- Create opportunities and projects within RxSource’s CRM system - regularly update to ensure the pipeline is accurate

**Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- University degree in a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office suites and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team spread across global locations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
