Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Repair or replace broken or missing shingles
- Install roofing materials such as asphalt, metal, or shingles
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete roofing projects
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of blueprint reading for roof installations
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment common to the roofing trade
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting tasks
- Experience with caulking and sealing techniques is a plus
- Previous experience as a carpenter or maintenance person is beneficial
