**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Assist in minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Operate heavy equipment and forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading freight.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques for basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience with forklift operation is preferred.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roadways.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety protocols and regulations.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
