**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, blow-drying, and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance the client experience.
- **Open to commission-based opportunities.**

**Qualifications**:

- A valid hairstylist license.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a professional hairstylist.
- Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, highlighting, and blow-drying techniques.
- Strong English communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible availability for part-time or full-time hours.
