**Local DZ Delivery Driver**

Gillies Lumber is a company with roots dating back to the early 1900’s and is part of the Alpa Lumber Group. We provide high-quality products to homeowners, contractors, and builders while our affiliate companies manufacture windows. In addition, we manufacture roof trusses and custom stairs and railings on site. Gillies Lumber is committed to providing prompt service and excellent quality products at competitive and affordable prices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strap and secure loads as per load securement standards
- Communicate with customer at delivery site
- Ensure all paperwork is completed as required
- Complete manual daily driver log and pre trip inspections as per government regulations
- Operate equipment and vehicle in a safe manner following all government regulations
- Follow all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time

**Job Qualifications**
- Valid AZ License with no restrictions
- Clean driving abstract
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Good verbal and written English communication skills

**Job Qualifications Considered an Asset**
- Current Forklift / Moffett Certificate with experience
- Able drive 18 speed standard transmission or willing to learn

- There is a GRT stop near this location.

**Start date**: ASAP
