**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization. Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and vendor management.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and corporate functions, both on-site and off-site.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for office services and event-related needs (catering, AV, logistics, etc.).
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and preparing materials for meetings or events.
- Visitor and Client Relations: Greet visitors, manage reception, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in managing office and event budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration, event planning, or related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
