We’re Hiring a **Sales Representative** - Sports Programs & Events

Do you have a passion for sports and a knack for connecting with people? Our dynamic sports club is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our exciting programs and events

**About the Role**: As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of our club—responsible for generating and nurturing leads, reaching out to market products, and organizing bookings from start to finish in your favourite sport for:
Birthday Parties

Corporate Events

Sports Leagues

Children’s Camps

You'll focus on promoting our top-tier sports programs, helping us reach families, schools, local businesses, and community groups who want to combine fun and fitness. You'll also Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.

Build strong relationships with potential clients and clearly communicate our offerings.

Customize packages to fit customer needs for events, leagues, or camps.Work closely with the marketing and programming teams to align sales strategies

Organize and run each of your booking from start to finish

Track leads and maintain CRM records.

Proven experience in sales, event planning, or customer outreach—preferably in sports or recreation.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Familiar with CRM tools and lead generation tactics.

Passion for sports, youth development, and community engagement.

Position reports to the Revenue Manager

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
